How do you work smart and not hard? Is it education or hard knocks?

I want to be successful, but in order to do this I have to work smart. I have worked hard all my life, but I want to start working smart what advice do you have for me?|||Like you I worked hard and long hours for years. Then I got it, work smarter, work only for me, do only what was important to me. I retired before 45 so that seems to have worked ok.

Couple of hot tips -

It is never the things you do that you regret, it's the ones you don't.

Run till tackled. (That is, keep making decisions until someone tells you to stop, they never do).

Always give more than what was expected.

Never undersell yourself to anyone.

Invest as much as you can afford as often as you can. Making money while you sleep is great business sense.

Good luck, its great when you get there!! Jackson.|||Only way to work smarter is to work harder. Soon you will know the right way to do whatever it is then you will just have to remember.|||People seem to be looking for certifications and diplomas. There is even some evidence that well-placed government officials got "Doctors" degrees with less-than-normal effort or examination.
