What is the best way to make a smart car faster?

I have been thinking about buying a smart car but the only problem I have with it is that it only has 70 horsepower. What is the most convenient way to bust the cars performance?|||i can understand why you would buy a smart car. they are pretty cool looking, good gas mileage, sum of the safest cars on the road believe it or not. there is only one problem with these cars; they are just too slow. 0 to 60 in 14.6 seconds. im no expert on vehicle engines but there is a lot you can do to a smart car to make it go faster, and you wont do much to its fuel economy. ive seen a lot of videos on youtube that do just that, make it faster. and these people who hate the smart fortwo go by 2 facts. they think its ugly and slow. so i wouldnt listen to them when it comes to actually purchasing a Smart Fortwo.|||you bought a smart car to save fuel and be economical and now you want to race it? I know very little about the smart cars motor rep but the automatic trans is weak. Turbo is about the only choice and its not going to be a gas pincher after that. Basically, you take a smart car, and put a turbo hayabusa motorcycle engine in it. the build will cost around 5 grand, but it will make it faster than almost any car on the road...
