What is the difference between a smart phone and just a regular phone that has web access?

If it isn't a smart phone can I use the browser to get on any website? Or just certain ones?|||I have 2 phones on my cell phone account. One's and Old Non-smart phone %26amp; it holds a charge longer %26amp; Can go on the internet But it Doesn't go to All websites, it Doesn't have a Qwerty keyboard for texting or a touch screen, which can be annoying when you have to press the samw key 3 or 4 times to get a certain letter. And it Doesn't have the capability to write documents or save them thru the internet. The other cell is a New Samsung Replenish that's supposed to be better for the environment, therefore it's the Only Sprint phone that they Don't charge an extra $10 a month, though it Is rather large. It has a Qwerty keyboard And a touch screen %26amp; is an Android phone. It has the ability to download apps, games %26amp; also to function as an MP3 player Or Also as one of those book readers like the Nook as you can purchase, store %26amp; read books on it. It has 3G internet access %26amp; also some kind of Microsoft Office program for documents. I've had it less than a month %26amp; I Still have to figure out how to use certain features but I Looove it %26amp; I thought I'd Hate an Android. But I Looove that it has Tons of Free games you can download %26amp; Free apps %26amp; Tons of things to do on it %26amp; I Also downloaded Pandora Radio for Free, where you can make Personalized radio stations according to song, artist or genre %26amp; then program what sons to play by thumbing up or down songs as they play. Now I just need to save $30 for the solar charger because all these apps use up a Lot of battery.|||A smart phone is as mini computer...


They are faster, smarter than regular phones.


They can do a lot of work with different softwares where regular phones don't have such power.


Though normal phone can be open almost any web sites. But smart phone gives more features when browsing the net. For example faster browser, it it 3g( or higher) enabled phone. And so on..|||A smart phone is like a personal computer in a small package. Most of the things you do with a computer can be done with a smart phone. A simple mobile phone has limited functionalities. Some of them are capable of browsing internet.
