Is being smart considered being luck to not have developed any mental disorders? What is smart to you?

In your opinion what would smart be considered as? Ex: being creative, full of logic? Etc...


I think it just means you're not mentally deformed.|||A smart individual, in my opinion, is one who displays proficiency in reasoning, problem solving, logic, wit, along with the written, spoken word|||Smart to me is not being stupid
