How is Osama smart enough to get us to war with ourselves?

Osama is getting us to start having an internal war with each other, thereby distracting us from stopping terrorism. And he's sitting over there in Pakistan or where ever.

|||He's smart enough to capitalize on the current unpopularity of the war to try to convince Americans that if we just leave they will do us no harm. That's exactly the message sent by the Taliban (who was, is and grows more and more intertwined with al Qaeda every day). "You can't win this war. We mean the American people no harm. If you just leave everything will be peachy cream." Americans do seem to be eating that crap up.|||Oh, please. Do you honestly think that Americans haven't always had internal struggles with each other? Good grief, that's what keeps Republicans and Democrats in office - fanning the flames of the mutual intolerance between the Democratic and Republican voters.|||Do you realize you can replace Obama with Osama and still ask this logical question?
