There are so many kinds of classes and I want to know which will help me know how to spend my money and when to invest or save. I mean there is accounting, economics, finance, business, marketing... I'm not majoring in anything like that but for one of my electives I want to take a class that will help educate me in how the system works and smart things to do. Any information you can give me would be great! Thank you so much!|||Curious, Some of the best classes are the informal ones. I learned more from sitting in a room listening to 2 marketing experts talk for 2 hours than I did in 4 years in college.
It's about street smarts. No one is going to tell you how they make money online. At least they won't tell you the stuff that works RIGHT NOW.
They will simply piecemeal out bits and pieces of things they have used in the past that were semi-effective and produce less than favorable results.
The url below my signature is to a practical info on the system and how it can serve you to make the money.
As far as managing and becoming money smart, I recommend a personal finance class at any community college.

How do smart students always seem to know everything?
They get almost everything right. How do they become so resourceful so quickly? A teacher assigns everyone a chapter to read, and the next day the they seem to have already know everything from it. How do they learn so fast. I wish I could be that good. Do they actually study real hard or are they just naturally smart? |||Honestly,I'm in all honors classes and advanced classes and really I do neither.
I don't study except when ABSOLUTELY necessary.
And it also depends on yur definition of smart. Someone to me who is smart is someone who knows basic necessary information. You'd be very surprised at the number of these "smart" kids that actually don't know most of their basic information.Don't sweat it.You're just as smart as them just maybe not in school but in a different way.
|||probably a combination of both. they either study really hard or some might not even read it and just know random facts and are really smart

What's the difference between intelligent and smart?
Also are they synonyms or is it possible to be smart, but not intelligent and vice-versa?|||Intelligence derives from the Latin verb intellegere; per that rationale, “understanding” (intelligence) is different from being “smart” (capable of adapting to the environment).
'Is it possible to be smart, but not intelligent and vice-versa?'
The 2006 movie Idiocracy explored the negative correlation between fertility and intelligence in a humorous vein, by having an average intelligence main character accidentally cryonically frozen for 500 years. Upon his reawakening, he becomes the smartest man on earth because of the cumulative effects of centuries of unintelligent people outbreeding intelligent people.
An intelligent science professor did not have any experience or street-smartness about crime of where he was vacationing. Even though he is found to be a very intelligent person, he was not smart enough of adapting, which allowed his camera with irreplaceable pictures to be stolen.|||Smart is knowing what works. Intelligent is knowing why things work.|||You can be smart and not intelligent. But you have to be smart to be intelligent.
A good example of intelligence is this: It is said that their are extra-terrestrial aliens, yet we have not seen one personally. That makes aliens intelligent
Smart is when someone knows something that amazes the other who didn't know and he will say "boy, you're smart" . Ex: when children talk earlier than the average child his age.|||It is possible for you to be intelligent, but not smart.
" Intelligent " means : intellectually-sharp.
" Smart " means : using one's own intelligence, actively. If you have a high intelligence, but aren't smart enough to use it to benefit you, your intelligence rots.
It is impossible for you to be smart but not intelligent. Without your intelligence, how will develop your smartness ?
It's possible for you to be both smart and intelligent.
Your question is intelligent, and runs on a fuel called smartness.|||I think that those two words are as close to being perfect synonyms as you can get in English. They are both vague and open to interpretation, so the overlap between their sets of meaning and connotation is large. "Smart" is Germanic, and "intelligent" is Latinate, so they have come to resemble such pairs that are a characteristic feature of our language, like "feel/touch", "sight/vision" and a thousand more. "Smart/intelligent" is a little different because "smart" arose as a sort of slang extension of the meaning "painful"---it didn't exist in English in the meaning "intelligent" when that word came in.

How do they learn so fast.Do they actually study real hard or are they just naturally smart?|||The answer is both. There are some subjects that click right away for me (like English, history, psychology, sociology, any liberal arts subject, basically) and there are some that I study my **** off for (like math).
The trick is to know which subjects you're good at and leave it at that, and which ones are your weaknesses, and then spend more time studying them.
Everyone has at least one subject they naturally excel at. Use it to your advantage.|||Yes there are students who can easily grasp materials after hearing it once. A student who invests time to prepare for the next day of classes can find very creative ways to learn the material. You can be your own advocate for learning how to study smart. Always take time to talk about the things that you are studying. Smart student will study hard and invest more time because they are continually rewarded with good grades.|||First off you have to qualify smart student. I am one of those that gets everything quickly but I am by no means a smart student. I could've pulled off straight A's in highschool but because I never did the homework, my grade would drop to a B or worse. I would only do well in exams.
And whenever I have to read something, I just get it. There is no other way to explain it. I see someone do a math problem, I see the steps they took, and I can just do it over again. No studying needed. Same with other subjects.
The trick isn't how fast you get something though, its whether or not you get there.|||Its because they're black.

What is the best smart phone for medical software?
My wife is a third year medical student looking for a Smartphone to put medical software on. We have heard that blackberry is the best smart phone but we鈥檝e also heard that most of the medical software is Palm or Windows Mobile based. Are there any medical professionals who can recommend a particular smart phone platform?|||A lot of people in the medical field I seen you the Blackberry I or Blackberry II so i would go for one of them. Blackberry's can and will talk to you if you have the settings on right and has GPS.
Is it smart to transfer credit card debt to a new card?
I'm pretty close to the maximum limit on my credit card (I owe $7,200 and the limit is $7,500). I've already cut up the card and changed my spending habits and I'm pace to pay it off over the next 12-18 months. Problem is, the interest is killing me. If I pay the minimum monthly balance of $300 then the next month I get charged $200 in interest, so my monthly payments are barely chipping away at the balance. Is it smart to apply for a new card with zero interest on balance transfers and transfer my balance? If I could get 12 months of no interest then I could bring the balance down significantly and get close to zero, but I hear that doing this affects my credit score, at least during the short term. Should I stick with my card?|||Eliminating high interest credit cards by transferring to a card with a lower rate can help you save a great deal of money, allowing you to regain control of your finances. However, it is important that you understand all of the terms and conditions of your new credit card before committing enrollment. You want to make certain that the card offer is fair and that you are truly going to benefit from it. Featured are tips that will help you choose and use the right credit card for transferring balances.
Pre-determining interest rates
Most balance transfer offers are good for only the first 6-9 months of enrollment. At the conclusion of the introductory rate, the card will convert to a more standard rate, typically between 14-20%. It is important that you determine what the interest rate is going to be once the intro rate is over. If you are not sure what interest rate the card is going to be charging at the conclusion of the intro offer, call the issuer and find out. Read more about it at: http://www.credit-card-gallery.com/artic鈥?/a>|||If you have cut up your old card, and do not spend on the new one, then there is nothing at all wrong with doing this - in fact, prompt payment of debts can only help your credit rating.|||Hi,
I used "Credit Solution" to settle my debt and improve my credit score. They managed to reduce my debt up to 58%.It's legitimate.I came accross this company on NBC News Special Edition.Check it out here:
http://www.jdoqocy.com/click-1813149-10467845|||If you can get a new card that will ACCEPT The full balance transfer at a 0% interest rate for a year. GO FOR IT! Just keep the other account open and make sure you do not get a new replacement card in it's place. Then pick away at paying it off. Once you have it almost paid off, then close the first account and your credit report will be OK. Don't stick with this card....they are getting too much interest from you.
Just make sure you stop using credit cards now and get them paid off.
Once you get your balance paid off, you can call the credit card issuer and ask them to put a lower available credit line on your credit card. Say they give you a $8000 limit, after you get it paid off, ask for a $4000 limit and then you have a card for emergencies and you won't end up in such high credit card debt again.
You can also ask the issuer to NOT give you any credit line increases without you asking for them. This will help prevent you from using credit you don't need to be using right now.
Also, one last thing, make sure that when you do the balance transfer it is FREE and that they are not going to charge you 2% or any of that. Some of them will give you a flat 2% or a maximum of $50.00. I would say that is OK considering the amount of money you are throwing away on interest right now.
Good luck :o)

Is it smart to upgrade your battery for airsoft?
I have a JG Sig 552 Airsoft Rifle that comes standard with an 8.4V Battery. Is it smart to buy a 9.6V battery or is that suicide for my gun.|||don't listen to blaah, listen to me =D
first off, there are 3 types of batteries
NiCd-NimH-LiPoly
Nicad is cheap, but has a tendency to explode ( happend to me : () and you have to discharge it after every use. Nimh is pretty much standard and is more expensive but you do not have to discharge it. LiPoly was recently introduced. it is small very compact, has high rate of fire and lasts very long, but at a very high price.
Also the Volt matters
8.4v- Stock will fire ehh 15 RPS
9.6v- will increase gun fire about 18RPS
10.8v-%26lt;--- wont reccomend unless you have upped gun shoots 22RPS and will break gun if not properly upgraded
Also is the Mah
the Mah is how long it lasts
600mah=1000bbs pretty much
I have a 9.6v 2000 intlect small nunchuck battery and a 9.6v 3300 battery and 2 8.4v 4200 mah batteries. I sually use 9.6v for operaitions and 8.4v 4200 mah for skirmishes.|||No just keep it the way it is it will not upgrade gun performance but it will hold a charge longer but if yours is still holding a good charge just use that|||It has mostly, if not all, metal internals, so it would be fine. just use short bursts and you'll be fine.|||YES if it fits
This will help the rate of fire and fps my brother went with a bigger battery with his jg and it help a ton
