Do you have to be really smart to go to Milton Academy in Massachusetts?

i am having an interview on monday and i would like to know how smart you have to be to go to milton academy.

Also, tips for the interview will be appreciated.|||Please forget 'smart'. That question is like "How long is a piece of string?" A friend once said to me, "Smart, schmart. I don't care about brains; it's character that counts in life."

Rather, consider Milton's credo/motto: "Dare to be True". What does that actually mean? (Have a serious think, here. Does it resonate with "Know thyself"? In fact, who [first] commanded 'know thyself'?. Can you 'dare' without 'knowing' - or the reverse?

Do you think the academy expects its students to 'dare to be true'?

Imagine You are the interviewer: what would you like to know about your interviewee? Would you be charmed - or disappointed - that s/he posted the question above? Would you seek to recruit a 'brain' (who might lord it over classmates)? All sorts of such questions come to mind.

For my two bits: I'd like to think MA wants a mixed bunch of students who all share, however, curiosity, compassion and commonweal.
