How can I make a smart playlist that is the only music that syncs to my iPod?

I have over 24GB of music and cna only fit 14.5GB on my iPod. How can I make a smart playlist that will have that music only sync to my iPod?|||Choosing only certain music to sync kind of defeats the purpose of a smart playlist. You can easily use regular playlists to accomplish what you want. With the device recognized in iTunes, on the Summary Pane check Manually Manage Music. Do not sync. To add, drag and drop, preferably to already-created playlists. To remove, right click and choose Delete.
