In there, you can reload by Php 30, Php 60, Php 115, Php 200, Php 300 %26amp; Php 500. 5) Chikka allows you to send a load to any phone (incl. SMART) and you pay via paypal. (it is cheaper to pay THEIR 2.50 per message then to pay YOUR 25.00 while ROAMING.
