How do you use the smart card issued for Mumbai local trains ? Can you use the smart card on the Go Mumbai?

I have got the smart card. However i am not sure if i can flash the card on the Go Mumbai boxes and use the smart card to issue the ticket ?|||If you actually have a smart card, get in touch with the Victoria State Government in Australia and tell them who provides it!
