How much does it cost to send a text msg. in the Philippines via smart roaming sim card?

I am planning to purchase smart roaming sim card online but just wondering how much would it cost me to send text message to a smart phone.|||I think it only costs 1 peso.. If you are both using smart.. I think you also get free texts once you purchase one..
